What does the Next Gen Testing Day invovle?

The session will run like a standard 1.5hr gymnastics class; our senior coaching staff will take participants through a warm up, teach essential gymnastics shapes, and take participants through various skills on each of the following apparatus: floor, balance beam, bars, and trampoline.

Within the session, our senior coaching staff will assess each child's skill ability, flexibility, strength and workload capability. Class recommendations will be based on this assessment.

You will receive your child's class recommendation via email after the testing day.
